Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days following payment confirmation. You'll receive tracking by email when the piece ships from the studio.
Delivery timeline
Pan-India standard delivery is typically 5–9 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Metro cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai) usually arrive within 5 working days.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. Below that, ₹100 intrastate and ₹200 interstate. Reshipment fees from incomplete or incorrect addresses are charged to the customer.
Risk of loss
Risk passes to the customer on dispatch from our facility. Title transfers on full payment. Lost or damaged-in-transit shipments are investigated jointly with the carrier; we replace the piece when fault is on our side.
No cash refunds
All sales are final. We do not issue monetary refunds unless required by applicable law.
Exchanges and store credit
Within 7 days of receipt, you may request an exchange for another size or another piece of equal value, or accept store credit valid for 12 months. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.
The customer pays the return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective or shipped incorrectly. For a higher-value exchange, the customer pays the difference before dispatch.
What we can't exchange
Sale items, custom-cut pieces, and items returned worn, washed, or damaged. We reserve the right to decline if the piece doesn't meet the criteria.
Governing law
This policy is governed by laws applicable to Origin Clothing Company (India) Pvt. Ltd. Disputes are first attempted to resolve via written correspondence; failing that, the courts of Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
