Shipping & Exchange Policy
Please read our policy carefully before completing a purchase.
I. Shipping Terms
Processing and Dispatch: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days following payment confirmation. Dispatch occurs promptly once processing is complete. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
Delivery Timeline: Deliveries typically occur within 7–9 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delays may occur due to external factors.
Shipping Charges: ₹200 for intrastate shipments and ₹400 for interstate (Pan India) deliveries. Any additional fees due to incomplete address details are the responsibility of the Customer.
Risk of Loss & Title: All risk transfers upon departure from our shipping facility, and title passes upon full payment.
II. Exchange Policy
No Refunds: All sales are final; we do not provide monetary refunds.
Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
Exchange Process: Once approved, instructions for return will be provided. After inspection, an exchange for an item of equal value or store credit will be issued. For higher-value exchanges, the difference must be paid.
Limitations: Non-exchangeable items (e.g., sale items, custom goods) are excluded. We reserve the right to decline exchanges if items are not in their original condition.
III. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This policy is governed by the laws applicable to ORIGIN CLOTHING COMPANY (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED. Disputes will first be attempted to resolve amicably before resorting to legal measures.
