Refund Policy

I. Refund Terms

All sales are final upon purchase. Monetary refunds will not be issued under any circumstances unless required by applicable law.

II. Exchange & Store Credit Conditions

In lieu of a refund, customers may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition, complete with all tags and packaging.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, ORIGIN CLOTHING COMPANY (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED will issue an exchange for an item of equivalent value or provide store credit equivalent to the original purchase price. Should the replacement product be of higher value, the customer will be responsible for the price difference.

All exchanges and store credits are subject to our final review and are provided at our sole discretion.
