We don't issue cash refunds
All sales are final. We don't refund to your card or bank account unless required by law.
We do exchange or credit
Within 7 days of receiving your order, you can ask to exchange a piece for another size or another piece of equal value. If you'd rather not exchange, we issue store credit for the full purchase price, valid for 12 months.
The garment must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
How to request one
Email admin@expozay.in with your order number and what you'd like to do (exchange or credit). We respond within 1–2 working days with a return waybill.
Once we receive and inspect the piece, we ship the replacement (or issue credit) within 3 working days. If you choose a higher-value piece, we'll send a payment link for the difference before dispatch.
What we can't exchange
Sale items, custom-cut pieces, and items returned in worn or damaged condition. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the piece doesn't meet the criteria.
