What we collect
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and improve the shop. That includes your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and the items you bought. We collect basic device and browsing data (page visits, referrer, anonymised IP) to understand how the site is used.
Payment card information is collected and processed by our payment partners; it is never seen, stored, or transmitted by Expozay.
How we use it
Order data is used to ship your purchase, send your invoice, and handle exchanges. Browsing data is used to improve the site experience and, where you have opted in, for personalised marketing.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the partners required to operate the shop: Shopify (commerce + checkout), Razorpay (payments, via Shopify), our shipping carriers, our email provider, and the analytics tools listed below.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to customer records is restricted to staff who need it to do their job. We follow PCI-DSS-aligned practices for payment data via our processors.
We don't store payment cards. We don't store passwords (the site uses one-time codes sent to your email).
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email admin@expozay.in with the subject line DATA REQUEST. We respond within 30 days.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email footer.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel for measurement and retargeting. You can opt out by adjusting your browser cookie settings or using a tracker blocker. Functional cookies (cart, login session) cannot be disabled because the site won't work without them.
